Jodrell Bank

Johnson Banks

For the past 75 years, Jodrell Bank has been looking up to the skies trying to unravel the mystery of our university. Now, Jodrell Bank is a global landmark of scientific discovery and home to the development of radio astronomy. Not bad eh?

Jodrell Bank is usually symbolised by the Lovell Telescope – named after the site’s founder. It is still one of the largest radio telescopes and the inspiration and foundation for their latest rebrand, conducted by Johnson Banks.
