Insights / Creatives in Lockdown
We had to send out an email to all of our members to let them know we're still open, we are considered an essential business and you can still get your money. There was a big fear around will people be able to access their money and their accounts, and that's very serious.
We had to start messaging right away and it was developed over the course of two to three days, with different emails going out and different website notifications. We had to send posters to all of our branches so that they could put it up on their front doors to let people know we're still open, but we've modified our hours. We're trying to limit the number of staff that we have in here so that we can limit their exposure, so we had to shorten some of our hours.
All of that communication had to be turned around in a matter of a couple of days.
