Company Administrator

Used by the world’s most creative teams at the likes of Disney, Paramount, Ooni, Nordstrom & more, Niice is a brand asset manager that makes it easy for brand creatives to communicate their brand story with accuracy and impact.

We’re looking for a highly motivated Company Administrator for admin & business support to help facilitate organisational efficiency. The ideal person would be good at managing their own schedule, and they’d be a born organiser who enjoys a challenging and varied role in a small, close-knit team. There’s always plenty to do, so there will be opportunities for growth into other areas of the business—if that’s something that would be of interest.

We believe we’re only as good as our people, so we’re looking for someone like-minded who will have a significant influence on the company and culture as we grow.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule meetings, workshops and company events
  • Take detailed minutes, record to-dos and share actions with the team
  • Manage companywide actions
  • Manage and track funding applications and budgets
  • Respond and manage sales enquiries
  • Own and manage policy/process documentation
  • Arrange travel for employees
  • Manage contractor invoices

Required skills & experience

  • Administrative Experience working in the tech industry
  • Ability to manage own workload and work independently
  • Be the most organised person you know
  • Have strong communication skills
  • Have the ability to multitask
  • Experience working remotely
